New Mexico High School Basketball - Clovis routed by Sandia

Sandia Matadors (Albuquerque, NM) supporters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Clovis Wildcats (Clovis, NM), 76-35 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Sandia advances its record to 6-0 on the year. The Matadors travel to Rio Rancho (Rio Rancho, NM) to face the Rams in a non-league match on Saturday, December 14. The Rams enter the match with a record of 4-1. Rio Rancho won 71-31 in their recent non-league match against Highland (Albuquerque, NM)

The Wildcats now own a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kirtland Central for a non-league match on Saturday, December 14. Clovis will face a Broncos squad coming off a 59-55 non-league win over Las Cruces (Las Cruces, NM). The Broncos record now stands at 3-0.
