The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Freeman Scotties (Rockford, WA) and the visiting Columbia Coyotes (Burbank, WA), observed Freeman's basketball team knock off Columbia by a score of 53-40.

The Scotties (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Lake Roosevelt (Coulee Dam, WA). The Raiders come into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Lake Roosevelt was knocked off by Pateros (Pateros, WA), 40-30, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Coyotes encounter the Colfax Bulldogs (Colfax, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 14. Columbia will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 45-26 league win over Upper Columbia Academy (Spangle, WA).
