Arizona High School Basketball - Douglas overwhelms Valley Union

The Douglas Bulldogs basketball team scored 56 points and limited the visiting Valley Union Blue Devils to 24 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Friday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 8-1 record. They play next when they travel to Benson for a non-league game on Saturday, December 14. Douglas will play a Bobcats team coming off a 53-50 non-league win over Bisbee (Bisbee, AZ). The Bobcats record now stands at 8-4.

With the loss, Valley Union falls to 2-5 on the campaign. The Blue devils travel to Tombstone (Tombstone, AZ) to play the Yellow Jackets in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 17. The Yellow Jackets go into the game with a record of 8-2.
