The Greenland Pirates basketball team scored 53 points and limited the host Mulberry Yellowjackets to 17 in the Pirates non-league triumph on Friday.

The Pirates now have a 6-4 record. They play next when they travel to Providence Academy for a 3A Region 1 game on Tuesday, December 17. Greenland will confront a Patriots team coming off a 58-32 non-league loss to Hackett (Hackett, AR). The Patriots record now stands at 0-5.

With the loss, Mulberry falls to 2-9 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to County Line (Branch, AR) to confront the Indians in a 1A Region 4 game on Tuesday, December 17. The Indians go into the game with a record of 7-6. County Line won 46-36 in their recent league game against Magazine (Magazine, AR)
