The Merrimack Valley The Pride basketball team scored 53 points and limited the visiting Kennett Eagles to 21 in the The Pride league win on Friday.
The The Pride (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Kingswood (Wolfeboro, NH). The Knights come into the Division II contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Kingswood was trounced by Lebanon (Lebanon, NH), 42-15, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Eagles battle the Berlin Mountaineers (Berlin, NH) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, December 18. Kennett will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Mountaineers enter the battle with a 1-0 record after their 53-37 league win over Belmont (Belmont, NH).
