The Lustre Christian Lions basketball team scored 40 points and limited the visiting Manhattan Tigers to 30 in the Lions non-league triumph on Friday.
The Lions now have a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Manhattan Christian for a non-league game on Saturday, December 14. Lustre Christian will confront a Eagles team coming off a 57-35 non-league win over Whitehall (Whitehall, MT). The Eagles record now stands at 3-0.
With the loss, Manhattan falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Tigers host Seeley-Swan (Seeley Lake, MT) to confront the Blackhawks in a non-league game on Saturday, December 14.
