The New Prague Trojans were victorious over the visiting Shakopee Sabers basketball squad by a final score of 54-44 in Friday's non-league outing.

Next, the Trojans face the Chanhassen Storm (Chanhassen, MN) in a AAAA Section 2 outing, on Thursday, December 19. New Prague will attempt to upgrade on its 5-0 season record. The Storm enter the outing with a 3-2 record after their 88-57 non-league loss to Eden Prairie (Eden Prairie, MN).

The Sabers (1-5) will now prepare for their outing against Eastview (Apple Valley, MN). The Lightning enter the non-league outing with a 5-2 record. In their last outing, Eastview ran past Prior Lake (Prior Lake, MN), 53-43, in a non-league outing.
