In Friday's non-league contest, the host Pilot Grove Tigers basketball team scored a good 52-38 triumph over the Smithton Tigers.
The Tigers (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against Glasgow (Glasgow, MO). The Yellowjackets go into the Central contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, Glasgow was toppled by Northeast (Cairo, MO), 61-29, in a league contest.
