The Pleasant Grove Hawks basketball team scored 48 points and limited the visiting Shelbyville Dragons to 38 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Friday.

The Hawks now have a 5-2 record. They play next when they host Harmony for a non-league game on Monday, December 16. Pleasant Grove will confront a Eagles team coming off a 42-29 non-league loss to Quitman (Quitman, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 10-6.

With the loss, Shelbyville falls to 11-5 on the campaign. The Dragons travel to Gary (Gary, TX) to confront the Bobcats in a non-league game on Friday, December 13. The Bobcats go into the game with a record of 1-12.
