The Teurlings Catholic Rebels basketball team scored 79 points and limited the host Port Barre Red Devils to 52 in the Rebels non-league triumph on Friday.

The Rebels now have a 7-1 record. They play next when they host Archbishop Hannan for a non-league game on Thursday, January 2.

With the loss, Port Barre falls to 3-4 on the campaign. The Red devils travel to West Feliciana (St. Francisville, LA) to confront the Saints in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 17. The Saints go into the game with a record of 4-4. West Feliciana won 44-33 in their recent non-league game against East Iberville (St. Gabriel, LA)
