The Newport Harbor Sailors basketball team scored 61 points and limited the host Crean Lutheran Saints to 40 in the Sailors non-league triumph on Friday.

The Sailors now have a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Cypress for a non-league game on Saturday, December 14.

With the loss, Crean Lutheran falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Saints host Canyon (Anaheim, CA) to confront the Comanches in a game on Friday, January 17. The Comanches go into the game with a record of 6-6.
