The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the De La Salle Cavalier (New Orleans, LA) and the visiting Archbishop Rummel Raiders (Metairie, LA), witnessed De La Salle's basketball squad hold off Archbishop Rummel by a count of 47-44.

With the victory, De La Salle advances its record to 7-2 on the year. The Cavalier host Eleanor McMain (New Orleans, LA) to meet the Mustangs in a non-league battle on Monday, December 15. The Mustangs enter the battle with a record of 1-7.

The Raiders now own a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Paul's for a non-league battle on Friday, December 19.
