The Hornets (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Palestine (Palestine, TX). The Wildcats go into the non-league contest with a 3-5 record. In their last contest, Palestine smashed Teague (Teague, TX), 90-51, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Brownsboro Bears (Brownsboro, TX) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, December 16. Palmer will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record. The Bears enter the match with a 9-4 record after their 69-50 non-league win over Gladewater (Gladewater, TX).
