New Jersey High School Basketball - Blair Academy holds off Newman

The Blair Academy Bucs basketball team scored 91 points and limited the visiting Newman to 87 in the Bucs non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Bucs now possess a 5-0 record. They play next when they travel to Peddie for a Mid-Atlantic Prep game on Wednesday, January 7. Blair Academy will clash with a Falcons squad coming off a 52-44 non-league loss to Northfield Mount Hermon (Mount Hermon, MA). The Falcons record now stands at 4-1.
The (3-2) will now prepare for their outing against Marie Philip (Framingham, MA). The Galloping Ghosts enter the Massachusetts Bay 2 outing with a 2-5 record. In their last outing, Marie Philip got by Pennsylvania School For The Deaf (Philadelphia, PA), 47-41, in a non-league outing.
