California High School Basketball - Verdugo Hills overwhelmed by Crescenta Valley

In Saturday's non-league test, the Crescenta Valley Falcons (La Crescenta, CA) basketball squad routed the host Verdugo Hills Dons (Tujunga, CA), by a count of 69-48.

With the victory, Crescenta Valley advances its record to 6-0 on the year. The Falcons travel to Burroughs (Burbank, CA) to meet the Bears in a Pacific battle on Tuesday, December 16. The Bears enter the battle with a record of 3-5. Burroughs won 47-45 in their recent non-league battle against Carson (Carson, CA)

The Dons now own a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wilson for a non-league battle on Monday, December 15. Verdugo Hills will meet a Mules team coming off a 66-61 league win over Lincoln (Los Angeles, CA). The Mules record now stands at 6-2.
