The Rockdale Tigers (Rockdale, TX) basketball tipped the host Crockett Cougars (Austin, TX), 54-47 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Tigers (5-9) will now prepare for their challenge against A&M Consolidated (College Station, TX). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 2-8 record. In their last challenge, A&M Consolidated was tipped by Berkner (Richardson, TX), 67-63, in a non-league challenge.
The Cougars now own a 4-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake Travis for a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 16. Crockett will meet a Cavaliers squad coming off a 52-46 non-league win over Anderson (Austin, TX). The Cavaliers record now stands at 10-6.
