Middletown Cavaliers (Middletown, DE) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Devon Prep Tide (Devon, PA), 46-43 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Middletown upgrades its record to 1-2 on the year. The Cavaliers host Elkton (Elkton, MD) to face the Golden Elks in a non-league match on Thursday, December 18. The Golden Elks enter the match with a record of 2-0.

The Tide now sport a 0-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Executive Education Academy Charter School for a non-league match on Wednesday, December 17. Devon Prep will face a Raptors squad coming off a 68-47 non-league win over Abraham Lincoln (Philadelphia, PA). The Raptors record now stands at 4-0.
