The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Elliott County Lions (Sandy Hook, KY) and the host Rock Hill Redmen (Ironton, OH), witnessed Elliott County's basketball squad prevail over Rock Hill by a count of 66-57.

With the victory, Elliott County advances its record to 2-2 on the year. The Lions travel to Russell (Russell, KY) to meet the Red Devils in a non-league battle on Monday, December 15. The Red Devils enter the battle with a record of 4-0. Russell won 63-45 in their recent non-league battle against Montgomery County (Mt. Sterling, KY)

The Redmen now hold a 2-1 record. They play next when they travel to Gallia Academy for a Ohio Valley challenge on Monday, December 15. Rock Hill will battle a Blue Devils team coming off a 49-43 non-league loss to Jackson (Jackson, OH). The Blue Devils record now stands at 1-2.
