Texas High School Basketball - Groveton routs Goodrich

December 13, 2025: Groveton, TX 75845

In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Groveton Indians basketball team scored a big 60-39 triumph over the Goodrich Hornets.

The Indians (3-10) will now prepare for their contest against Iola (Iola, TX). The Bulldogs go into the non-league contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, Iola smashed Rosebud-Lott (Rosebud, TX), 56-53, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Hornets battle the Kennard Tigers (Kennard, TX) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, December 16. Goodrich will attempt to better on its 5-10 season record. The Tigers go into the game with a 7-6 record after their 62-59 non-league win over Trinity (Trinity, TX).
