The Lake Catholic Cougars basketball team scored 76 points and limited the visiting St. Martin de Porres Lions to 58 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Cougars now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Benedictine for a Freelance test on Tuesday, December 16. Lake Catholic will clash with a Bengals squad coming off a 57-54 league win over Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin (Chardon, OH). The Bengals record now stands at 3-2.

The Lions (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Max S. Hayes (Cleveland, OH). The Lakers come into the non-league test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Max S. Hayes went down by John Hay (Cleveland, OH), 60-25, in a league test.
