The Skyline Hawks basketball team scored 63 points and limited the visiting Wakefield School Fighting Owls to 50 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Hawks now possess a 3-0 record. They play next when they host Brentsville District for a Northwestern outing on Tuesday, December 16. Skyline will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 89-41 league loss to Millbrook (Winchester, VA). The Tigers record now stands at 0-4.

The Fighting Owls (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Fredericksburg Christian (Fredericksburg, VA). The Eagles come into the non-league outing with a 2-3 record. In their last outing, Fredericksburg Christian was defeated by New Covenant (Lynchburg, VA), 47-39, in a non-league game.
