Texas High School Basketball - Plains sneaks past Crosbyton

The Plains Cowboys basketball team scored 41 points and limited the host Crosbyton Chiefs to 40 in the Cowboys non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Cowboys now possess a 3-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ropes for a 2A Region I District 5 test on Tuesday, December 16. Plains will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 64-43 non-league loss to Borden County (Gail, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 11-4.
The Chiefs (1-6) will now prepare for their test against Paducah (Paducah, TX). The Dragons come into the non-league test with a 0-3 record.
