The Evadale Rebels basketball team scored 67 points and limited the host Nederland Bulldogs to 30 in the Rebels non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Rebels now have a 10-8 record. They play next when they host Hardin for a non-league game on Monday, December 22.

With the loss, Nederland falls to 4-9 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Beaumont United (Beaumont, TX) to play the Timberwolves in a 5A Region III District 19 bout on Tuesday, December 16. The Timberwolves go into the bout with a record of 12-4. Beaumont United lost 41-34 in their recent non-league bout against Hardin-Jefferson (Sour Lake, TX)
