Palm Desert Aztecs (Palm Desert, CA) fans went home happy Saturday as they saw their soccer squad triumph over the visiting Maranatha Minutemen (Pasadena, CA), 7-0 in a non-league outing.

The Aztecs (5-3) will now prepare for their outing against Centennial (Bakersfield, CA). The Golden Hawks enter the non-league outing with a 2-4 record. In their last outing, Centennial was overwhelmed by Paso Robles (Paso Robles, CA), 2-1, in a non-league outing.

In their next game, the Minutemen clash with the Estancia Eagles (Costa Mesa, CA) in a non-league test, on Saturday, December 13. Maranatha will attempt to move on its 0-5 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 2-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Costa Mesa (Costa Mesa, CA).
