In Saturday's non-league bout, the Crespi Celts (Encino, CA) basketball team were winner over the visiting Oxnard Yellowjackets (Oxnard, CA), by a tally of 64-51.
The Celts now possess a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Bishop Alemany for a test on Wednesday, January 7.
The Yellowjackets (7-1) will now prepare for their test against San Marcos (Santa Barbara, CA). The Royals come into the test with a 1-2 record. In their last test, San Marcos beat St. Bonaventure (Ventura, CA), 71-20, in a non-league bout.
