In Tuesday's non-league outing, the New Berlin Pretzels (New Berlin, IL) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Edinburg Wildcats (Edinburg, IL), by a count of 62-33.
The Pretzels (5-3) will now prepare for their outing against North Mac (Virden, IL). The Panthers go into the Sangamo outing with a 3-4 record. In their last outing, North Mac was crushed by West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs] (Winchester, IL), 59-17, in a non-league outing.
The Wildcats now hold a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Athens for a non-league outing on Saturday, December 18.
