The McMullen County Cowboys (Tilden, TX) basketball crushed the host Woodsboro Eagles (Woodsboro, TX), 86-46 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Cowboys (15-3) will now prepare for their test against Nueces Canyon (Barksdale, TX). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 2-5 record. In their last test, Nueces Canyon was trounced by Menard (Menard, TX), 56-46, in a non-league test.
The Eagles now own a 4-3 record. They play next when they host Orange Grove for a non-league test on Friday, December 17. Woodsboro will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 43-33 non-league loss to Jones (Beeville, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-8.
