The Sharon Tigers basketball team (Sharon, PA), was nudged 48-42 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the visiting Fairview Tigers (Fairview, PA)
The Tigers now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Warren for a District 10 Region 5 battle on Thursday, December 22. Fairview will battle a Dragons team coming off a 63-61 non-league win over Harbor Creek (Harborcreek, PA). The Dragons record now stands at 4-1.
The Tigers (3-3) will now prepare for their battle against Conneaut Area (Linesville, PA). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, Conneaut Area edged Maplewood (Guys Mills, PA), 50-34, in a non-league battle.
