Hadley Luzerne Eagles (Lake Luzerne, NY) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Lake George Warriors (Lake George, NY), 56-39 in a league bout.

With the win, Hadley Luzerne upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Eagles travel to Fort Edward (Fort Edward, NY) to clash with the Flying Forts in a Section 2 Adirondack bout on Friday, December 16. The Flying Forts go into the bout with a record of 1-4. Fort Edward lost 85-37 in their recent league bout against Granville (Granville, NY)

Next up, the Warriors clash with the Argyle Scots (Argyle, NY) in a Section 2 Adirondack bout, on Friday, December 16. Lake George will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Scots go into the bout with a 2-3 record after their 64-62 league win over Hartford Central (Hartford, NY).
