The J.P. McCaskey Red Tornado (Lancaster, PA) basketball nipped the host Northeastern Bobcats (Manchester, PA), 56-55 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Red Tornado (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Penn Manor (Millersville, PA). The Comets go into the Lancaster-Lebanon 1 test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Penn Manor was tipped by Ephrata (Ephrata, PA), 62-35, in a non-league test.
The Bobcats now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Spring Grove for a York-Adams 1 test on Tuesday, December 20. Northeastern will encounter a Rockets squad coming off a 77-70 non-league win over Dover (Dover, PA). The Rockets record now stands at 2-1.
