With the victory, Okawville improves its record to 9-0 on the campaign. The Rockets host Sparta (Sparta, IL) to confront the Bulldogs in a Cahokia - Illinois challenge on Thursday, December 15. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 8-2. Sparta won 59-23 in their recent non-league challenge against Lebanon (Lebanon, IL)

Next up, the Explorers confront the Collinsville Kahoks (Collinsville, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, December 19. Marquette Catholic will attempt to improve on its 6-6 season record. The Kahoks come into the challenge with a 4-5 record after their 68-33 league loss to O'Fallon (O'Fallon, IL).
