With the victory, Oscar Smith upgrades its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Booker T. Washington (Norfolk, VA) to play the Mighty Bookers in a non-league bout on Monday, January 9. The Mighty Bookers come into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Greyhounds play the Granby Comets (Norfolk, VA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 16. Norcom will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Comets come into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 27-25 non-league win over Manor (Portsmouth, VA).
