The Anoka Tornadoes basketball team (Anoka, MN), was overwhelmed 89-61 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Minneapolis South Tigers (Minneapolis, MN)
The Tigers now possess a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jefferson for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 16. Minneapolis South will confront a Jaguars team coming off a 75-39 non-league win over Kennedy (Bloomington, MN). The Jaguars record now stands at 2-2.
The Tornadoes (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Rogers (Rogers, MN). The Royals come into the non-league battle with a 4-1 record. In their last battle, Rogers was overwhelmed by Buffalo (Buffalo, MN), 76-54, in a league battle.
