Minnesota High School Basketball - Benson can't hold off Ashby

The Ashby Arrows basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Benson to 56 in the Arrows league triumph on Thursday.
The Arrows now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hancock for a A Section 6 contest on Friday, December 15. Ashby will battle a Owls team coming off a 70-57 league loss to Hillcrest Lutheran Academy (Fergus Falls, MN). The Owls record now stands at 1-3.
The (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Maple Lake (Maple Lake, MN). The Irish enter the non-league outing with a 0-3 record. In their last outing, Maple Lake was tipped by Lac qui Parle Valley (Madison, MN), 87-36, in a non-league outing.
