Tapestry Thunderhawks (Buffalo, NY) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Buffalo Academy of Science Wolverines (Buffalo, NY), 54-35 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Tapestry upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Thunderhawks travel to Eden (Eden, NY) to play the Raiders in a Section 6 Erie County V bout on Friday, December 15. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 4-0. Eden won 72-51 in their recent non-league bout against Riverside (Buffalo, NY)

Next up, the Wolverines play the Tonawanda Warriors (Tonawanda, NY) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 15. Buffalo Academy of Science will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record.
