Collegium Charter Cougar (Exton, PA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Calvary Christian Academy Cougars (Philadelphia, PA), 48-43 in a league bout.

With the win, Collegium Charter upgrades its record to 2-4 on the season. The Cougar travel to Kennett (Kennett Square, PA) to play the Blue Demons in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 16. The Blue Demons go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Kennett won 67-32 in their recent league bout against Oxford (Oxford, PA)

Next up, the Cougars play the Renaissance Academy Knights (Phoenixville, PA) in a Bicentennial bout, on Monday, December 18. Calvary Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 1-5 record after their 44-39 league loss to Bristol (Bristol, PA).
