City College Black Knights (Baltimore, MD) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Lake Clifton Lakers (Baltimore, MD), 83-61 in a league bout.

With the victory, City College upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Black Knights travel to Edmondson-Westside (Baltimore, MD) to play the Red Storm in a Baltimore City bout on Tuesday, December 19. The Red Storm come into the bout with a record of 3-0. Edmondson-Westside won 88-40 in their recent non-league bout against Randallstown (Randallstown, MD)

Next up, the Lakers play the Mergenthaler Vo-Tech Mustangs (Baltimore, MD) in a Baltimore City bout, on Tuesday, December 19. Lake Clifton will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Mustangs come into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 52-50 league loss to Forest Park (Baltimore, MD).
