Merit Preparatory Academy Knights (Springville, UT) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Dugway Mustangs (Dugway, UT), 76-24 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Merit Preparatory Academy upgrades its record to 2-5 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Monument Valley (Monument Valley, UT) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Friday, December 15. The Cougars come into the bout with a record of 2-4. Monument Valley lost 65-26 in their recent non-league bout against Milford (Milford, UT)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Pinnacle Panthers (Price, UT) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 15. Dugway will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Panthers come into the bout with a 3-3 record after their 61-52 non-league win over Escalante (Escalante, UT).
