With the win, El Primero upgrades its record to 1-6 on the season. The Lobos host Justin Garza (Fresno, CA) to play the Guardians in a non-league bout on Monday, December 18. The Guardians go into the bout with a record of 6-3. Justin Garza won 69-50 in their recent non-league bout against Fowler (Fowler, CA)

Next up, the Lions play the KIPP San Jose Collegiate Wolfpack (San Jose, CA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 18. Luis Valdez Leadership Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Wolfpack go into the bout with a 5-3 record after their 62-36 league win over East Palo Alto Academy (East Palo Alto, CA).
