Florida High School Basketball - Taylor County thwarts Jefferson County

December 14, 2023: Perry, FL 32347

The Taylor County Bulldogs (Perry, FL) basketball knocked off the visiting Jefferson County Tigers (Monticello, FL), 85-67 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Bulldogs (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Madison County (Madison, FL). The Cowboys go into the non-league test with a 2-4 record. In their last test, Madison County went down by Fort White (Fort White, FL), 49-37, in a non-league test.

The Tigers now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they host Crossroad Academy for a non-league test on Saturday, December 16. Jefferson County will encounter a Scorpions squad coming off a 71-65 non-league loss to Munroe (Quincy, FL). The Scorpions record now stands at 3-3.
