Reedley Pirates (Reedley, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host McLane Highlanders (Fresno, CA), 54-22 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Reedley upgrades its record to 7-2 on the season. The Pirates travel to Madera (Madera, CA) to play the Coyotes in a non-league bout on Friday, December 15. The Coyotes go into the bout with a record of 3-0. Madera won 45-32 in their recent non-league bout against Reedley (Reedley, CA)

Next up, the Highlanders play the Templeton Eagles (Templeton, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 5. McLane will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
