Millard West Wildcats (Omaha, NE) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Omaha South Packers (Omaha, NE), 66-41 in a league bout.
With the win, Millard West upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Wildcats host Papillion-LaVista South (Papillion, NE) to clash with the Titans in a bout on Thursday, February 15. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 1-3.
Next up, the Packers clash with the Gretna Dragons (Gretna, NE) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 2. Omaha South will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Dragons go into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 48-42 league loss to Papillion-LaVista South (Papillion, NE).
