The Rothsay Tigers basketball team (Rothsay, MN), was overwhelmed 71-37 in Thursday's league battle with the host Ada-Borup/Norman County West Cougars (Ada, MN)

The Cougars now possess a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mahnomen/Waubun for a non-league battle on Friday, December 15. Ada-Borup/Norman County West will battle a Thunderbirds team coming off a 51-47 league win over Win-E-Mac (Erskine, MN). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 3-2.

The Tigers (3-2) will now prepare for their battle against Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley (Graceville, MN). The Wolverines come into the A Section 6 battle with a 3-2 record.
