Peekskill Red Devils (Peekskill, NY) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Edgemont Panthers (Scarsdale, NY), 45-30 in a league bout.

With the win, Peekskill upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Red Devils travel to Brewster (Brewster, NY) to play the Bears in a Section 1 Freelance bout on Monday, December 18. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Panthers play the The Leffell School Lions (Hartsdale, NY) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 20. Edgemont will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
