The Evergreen Cougars (Evergreen, CO) basketball nipped the host Longmont Trojans (Longmont, CO), 32-28 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Cougars (4-0) will now prepare for their test against Thomas Jefferson (Denver, CO). The Spartans go into the non-league test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, Thomas Jefferson was tipped by Bear Creek (Lakewood, CO), 59-33, in a non-league test.

The Trojans now own a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Bear Creek for a non-league test on Friday, December 15. Longmont will encounter a Bears squad coming off a 59-33 non-league win over Thomas Jefferson (Denver, CO). The Bears record now stands at 3-2.
