In Thursday's non-league outing, the Marquez Gladiators (Huntington Park, CA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Roybal Titans (Los Angeles, CA), by a count of 54-22.
The Gladiators (6-2) will now prepare for their outing against Maywood CES (Maywood, CA). The Wolfpack go into the Southern outing with a 5-1 record. In their last outing, Maywood CES smashed West Covina (West Covina, CA), 37-34, in a non-league outing.
The Titans now hold a 0-6 record. They play next when they host Hollywood for a Central outing on Monday, January 8. Roybal will clash with a Sheiks squad coming off a 34-13 non-league loss to Chavez (San Fernando, CA). The Sheiks record now stands at 6-2.
