The Omaha Nation Chiefs (Macy, NE) basketball crushed the host Pine Ridge Thorpes (Pine Ridge, SD), 67-32 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Chiefs (3-4) will now prepare for their test against Lower Brule (Lower Brule, SD). The Sioux go into the non-league test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Lower Brule walloped Tiospa Zina (Agency Village, SD), 69-40, in a non-league test.
The Thorpes now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Tiospa Zina for a non-league test on Friday, December 15. Pine Ridge will encounter a Wambdi squad coming off a 69-40 non-league loss to Lower Brule (Lower Brule, SD). The Wambdi record now stands at 0-3.
