Villa Walsh Academy Vikings (Morristown, NJ) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Parsippany Hills Vikings (Parsippany, NJ), 58-18 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Villa Walsh Academy upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Vikings travel to Kennedy (Paterson, NJ) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 6. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 0-2.

Next up, the Vikings play the Whippany Park Wildcats (Whippany, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 16. Parsippany Hills will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 43-15 non-league win over Dover (Dover, NJ).
