The Plainfield Central Wildcats basketball team (Plainfield, IL), was overwhelmed 71-41 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Yorkville Foxes (Yorkville, IL)

The Foxes now possess a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Trier for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 16. Yorkville will battle a Trevians team coming off a 45-40 league loss to Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL). The Trevians record now stands at 7-4.

The Wildcats (1-8) will now prepare for their battle against York (Elmhurst, IL). The Dukes come into the non-league battle with a 8-3 record.
