In Thursday's non-league match, the host Mt. Shasta Bears basketball team scored a good 32-21 triumph over the Pierce Bears.

In their next game, the Bears meet the Las Plumas Thunderbirds (Oroville, CA) in a non-league match, on Friday, December 15. Mt. Shasta will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record.
